Open-source AI demands robust computational resources. Allow your C-Suite and IT leaders to evaluate cloud vs. on-premise solutions and develop plans to reach the strategic goals. Provide them with the funds and freedoms to manage the day-to-day operations of the project, yet be ready to enforce the strategic guard.
